When can I expect to receive my order?

Product Availability and Lead Times 

  • Check the product page for item-specific lead times and backorder notifications. 
  • For the Jarvis desk and other configurable products, the Design my own feature on the product page will show the lead time for each component.
  • If an option is greyed out, it’s not available. 

Order Updates and Tracking

  • Order updates are sent via email. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking number(s) by 6 PM PST.
  • If you’re missing tracking numbers, expect to receive them within 5 business days for in-stock items fulfilled by Fully.
  • Barring unexpected carrier delays, you should receive your order within 1–7 business days.
  • Our shipping partners process a very high volume of packages, so if you experience any of the following issues, please allow up 7 business days for your tracking to update or for your item(s) to arrive:
    • Your tracking shows “Label Created” with no further scans
    • Your order is delayed in transit or has a delivery exception
    • The tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your item(s)

Fulfillment Locations

  • We ship from Portland, Oregon, and Nottingham, Maryland.
  • Your order will ship from the fulfillment center closest to you unless one or more of the items in your order is out of stock at that location.
