1. Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept product exchange, cancellation, return or refund of order(s) after the order has been placed and paid. In the event of any refund case happens, handling fee will be charged.

If we have shipped a product that is different than what you ordered, or the product has arrived faulty/damaged, we will arrange a return and ship either the right product, or a new one, back to you. If you are unhappy waiting for the right product or a new one to arrive, we will arrange a refund back for you.

Please contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days upon delivery of the products at service@motionfurni.com. MotionFurni will bear the corresponding shipping cost.

I think I’ve ordered the desk in the wrong size, what should I do?

The first thing you should do is check that your desk is correctly adjusted to fit your body and your room. Please see our guide (from the selling page of the product to download it) and follow the steps advised to allow for a custom fit.
If you have adjusted your desk following the guide and still feel that you may have ordered the incorrect size, please share the receipt of your orders and quote the order number to our Customer Care via service@motionfurni.com.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, we do not accept product exchange, cancellation, return or refund of order(s) after the order is placed and paid. At that time, order was shipped automatically and our goods are on the way to your address mostly, so a lot of costs have been happened. In the event of any refund case happens, handling fee will be charged.

Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?

My product has arrived faulty/damaged, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that an order is delivered faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team by email at service@motionfurni.com. so that they can assist you where possible. Mostly speaking, we will response to you within 24hours, no later than 48 hours, except the weekends or holidays as the response day will be postponed automatically.

Please do not attempt to assemble or fix an item yourself or via a third party as this will affect your entitlement to a refund.

If the product has arrived faulty/damaged, we will arrange a return and ship either the right product, or a new one, back to you. MotioFurni will bear the corresponding shipping cost within the continental United States. If you address are outside of the within the continental United States, you should pay for all the costs except the desk or desk accessories itself.

My desk has just arrived but I’m having issues with the controller, what should I do?

In some instances, the controller on your desk may show some error code when you first use it. This is simply due to the desk not being used for a period of time since your item was assembled. Not to worry, this isn’t a fault with the desk or the controller. You should firstly press the “down” button to the lowest end, and it will appear an height number of the frames.

 2. Warranty Issue

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing MotionFurni products from authorized MotionFurni official online/offline stores, retailers or re-sellers may benefit from our limited warranty. And the warranty would only provide to the serve address within the continental United States. Or not, customers should pay for all of the other costs except the desk or desk accessories itself.

What is Covered?

Height Adjustable Desk Frames

All height adjustable desks purchased on or after April 1, 2022 include a limited, non-transferable warranty. We hereby cover all height adjustable desks for a period of:

25 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and electrical components of

  Standing Desk Antenni, Antenni Pro

  Standing Desk Penta, Penta Pro

10 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and electrical components of

  Standing Desk Aspens

5 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and electrical components of all other height adjustable desk except for all above 5 kinds desk frames.

Desktop

All Bamboo desktops purchased on or after October 1, 2023, include a 5-year warranty.

All Chipboard, Fiberboard, Solid wood and Solid wood texture desktops purchased on or after October 1, 2023, include a 2-year warranty. 

Coverage Exceptions

Our limited warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

 Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

 Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.

 Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use.

*Our limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover). All the warranty or any services would only limited in continental United States. Or not, you should pay for all of the other costed would or have happened for the warranty purpose, except the cost of the desk or desk accessories itself.

 How to File a Claim?

 

Filing a claim for warranty service is quick and easy. Simply contact customer service via email at service@motionfurni.com.

We might use FedEx Ground to ship replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you pay the additional expense. If you would like to have a replacement product shipped to an address outside the continental United States, you must pay the shipping costs.

 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. MotionFurni shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if Motionfurni has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
