2. What should I pay attention to before first time usage?

Please MANUAL RESET after initial installation and power off to reduce E1, E2 error code.

3. What is the difference between 2 stage and 3 stage desk frames?

A. More stable: with more connection distance between the columns, the whole column will be more stable.

B. More load-bearing,3stages: 350LBS, 2 stages: 180LBS.

C. The lifting height is different: 2stages: 70-120cm, 3stages: 60-125cm

4. I found some comments wrote about E-2 Error code issues, what should I do?

This product Anti-collision function uses gyroscope, so the handset and control box must be fixed horizontally on the table top, otherwise E-2 error code may appear.

5. What size casters will fit this frame?

We recommend M10 x 15 Casters.

6. Will this product support the board as 90″ x 31.5″ x 1.5″ or 74″ x 42″x 1.5″ board?

Our recommended maximum size(80’’x31.5″/200x80cm) is set for safety, anti-toppling, it is supportable from a load-capacity perspective.
